What is Franchising?
Franchising in basic terms involves the purchase of the rights to operate as
a Franchisee of an established business and the right to use its name,
trademarks, systems, and suppliers.

respects the needs of our clients – they know when to talk, what to say and
know how to get a message across in a clear and concise manner. A high level
of communication and people skills are imperative and one of the single most
important attributes.
ii) Business-minded - He / She will know how to think on their feet,
make decisions and comply with business/legal requirements. Capable in
meeting deadlines, setting goals and operating efficiently and effectively
both in a team environment and individually.
iii) Enthusiasm - An extremely high level of energy, vibrancy and an
outgoing personality that will make customers want to talk and do business
with you. Your level of enthusiasm will be reflective in the results you and
your business produce.
iv) Presentation – Personal presentation that reflects the high
standard and image that the brand portrays. Individual grooming, business
attire are key factors that you will be judged on by your clients. As “cabin
crew” are to an airline, you are an ambassador for the “AutoSeek” brand.
v) Financial Stability – A level of financial security that provides
for the Franchise/License to be purchased without major debt being incurred.
